• Updated to latest svn revision, did complete .c update.
• Prepared server for Client Update.
• New Chat System implemented:
• @join to join a channel, whisper #channelname to talk to that channel.
• Dual Atcommand System: @ and ! now both work for using commands like autoloot, etc.
• Various assorted NPC fixes.
• Cooking system updated to official.
• Ori/Elu refiner now works in bulk.
• Satan Morroc quest variables reset for all players, all Satan Morroc items wiped.
• Added WoE:SE support.
• Fixed Fiberlock and Hocus Pocus bugs.
• ItemDB updated to support 13.1 and to fix higher-than-official coma rates (All rates decreased 10x, so 1% would not be .1%)
• MobDB updated to support 13.1.

As a note to all: Any and all bug abuse in the future will result in immediate and un-negotiable IP bans. I do not want a repeat of these kinds of issues again. If you find a bug, you report it to me immediately, and tell nobody else about it. We WILL find you, we WILL catch you, and you WILL be banned.

Looking to the future.
We here at the GM team have been working hard to provide you, the players, especially in this wait for content from the new episodes, with new content to keep game-play interesting. Given the lack of GMs and developers, lately, this has been a fair bit of a chore, combined with GM Valkyrie's very busy life, and my dealing with the financial crisis here in America. However, rest assured, that we have been working as hard as we can. I've put together a list of updates that you can look forward to in the near future, some within the next 1-2 weeks.
• War of Emperium Renewal.
• First Class/Novice WoE.
• Updated Clients with removed death boxes, longer chat bars, and updated skill windows.
• Episode 12.1 and Dimensional Gorge content. (Pending approval.)
• Several custom quests.
• Revamped donation system.
• European WoE
I myself am hard at work on several of the scripts for these, as I do now have a test server with which to make sure the scripts are 100% functional before they're implemented. Updates on the status of all of these will be available on the forums as they draw nearer their unveiling.
We thank you for your continued patience and cooporation as we work on and unveiling new content and molding it so that it is as beneficial to all as possible.
As a note, EXP/JOB rates have been increased to 12x for the week until this upcoming Friday, we hope that you enjoy the slightly increased rates, also don't miss out on the xmas npc thats been implemented for your fun and excitement, details can be viewed on the forums ^_^

News & Updates:
With Saturday's maintenance, items such as Cursed Waters and elemental converters now give the player a "buff" icon, should make it easier, for those who keep tabs on when it runs out. Also with the following, many minor bugs that made certain items useless or give the wrong bonuses have been fixed. As some of you may also notice, the @mail command has been disabled, and NPCs have taken their place, reason being it was used as a mini version of @storage, along with complaints of it being buggy and causing items to disappear.

Lack Of Events?
We understand, that some players enjoy the feeling of having events, but with the lack of GMs, it has been hard to do so, since we have things, in real life to take care of, and worry about, however, soon we'll be having decent, events, even if they are only once a week ^^

News & Updates:
Not too much new this weekend, alittle late writing up the updated website page, but finally here it is. Castle rotation has taken place, and the two new castles are now Payon, Holy shadow and Bamboo Hill, all economy investments have also been transfered. Also the EXP event rates have been changed back to normal, so server is now back to 10/10/10.


Event Of the Week:
I know, we haven't done many events lately, real life gets in the way and such, you know the deal ^^ September 07, Sunday event is now over, the rewards were given out to all winners, I will do my best to hold some sort of "big" event at least once a week, on a Saturday/or Sunday, for the majority of the players to participate ^^


Maintenance this Friday:
Reminder to all players, we will be having scheduled maintenance this Friday, on Septermber 12th. This maintenance will start at 9:00 PM (PST) to 11:00 PM (PST). Old DestinaRO players know this is a longer scheduled maintenance then normal, but several things will be done to ensure maximum safety and such (ie full backups, bug fixes etc).

• @whosells is now implemented
• reimplemented the no vending/chat script again

As you all noticed, finding the items in prontera shops was now beginning to get a little difficult, especially with the large amount of players coming in, so by popularity demand as well, I looked into adding whosells, its not your average whosells as I didn't really want players undermining other players with prices and shops and still wanted to keep the "work" involved of actually finding the stuff you wanted, so whosells works as follows..

Vender: Twitch | Shop: Ignore the above
Found 2 being vended. Range of prices: 2500 ~ 6000.

So as you can see, it will tell you the vender's name that is selling the item, his/her shop name, along with anyone else vending it, and display the average price for that item, this will also help those trying to find out how much a certain item is worth in the economy, but its not always accurate, so be aware ^^

New updates were done today (Monday, June 02) for starters, recently we been having horrible hosting problems, with the host always going down, and server lagging for european players, it was finally decided that something needed to be done, after extensive searching for a new host, we finally found one. With this new host, ensures server stability and maximum gaming experience. We hope you all enjoy this new host, and together help make DestinaRO grow!

Can't connect?
If your an existing DestinaRO player and cannot connect, please try and patch your client with our new server IP Address.
If problems still persist, and you cannot patch, follow the steps below.
1. Go into your DestinaRO Folder
2. Find a file called "desdata.ace" and delete it
3. Run your DestinaRO Patcher.exe

You should now be able to patch and log in normally, however if you still encounter problems, we encourage you to visit our forums and post your problem in our Technical/Bugs thread, and we will personally provide you with help.

Slight EXP boost this weekend!
On Saturday June 07, 2008, EXP rates will be increased to 13x, this event will last until midnight of June 08, 2008 We encourage everyone to party, make friends, and level up, and most importantly have fun this week. For new events are to come.

Updates & News:
Friday's Updates: Endless Tower has been added, new donation headgears (balanced!), new hats have been added to the poring NPC (event npc), so trade all your poring event coins with her! Also a small change was done in prontera to avoid any chats/vends in the middle of the street, though hopefully it should help.

Endless Tower:
Since it is still new and fresh, I would like to inform everyone to highly try this with parties and report any possible bugs to the bugs/technical forum, and any admin will look at the script and try and remedy the problem.

Staff News:
Even though we've been busy with RL, we still manage to get on and throw events! ^^. We hope to be able to find new staff, (non-corrupt of course!) to help expand the support DestinaRO has to offer, and with more help means less trouble for both Silmeria and I. Just bear with us a bit longer ^^ and again thanks for the support to all DestinaRO players, your doing an awesome job.

Whats new?:
Not many things have gone about lately, alot of the staff are busy with RL, some with school and others with just RL in general though we keep trying to keep everyone entertained ^^. With the new idea that we may move yet to another really fast server, comes the donations, which was finally finished!! Hopefully, if we get enough donations in, we may actually be able to take that step forward, for a better game play experience.

Whats Next?:
In near future updates, we plan to rotate castles, so not everyone has the same old WoE castles every day. We plan on rotating at least once a month, as for when this may be, its not confirmed yet.
European players, have probably had the toughest times then anyone else, a new castle should be opening up this month, dedicated mainly and soley for european and asian type players, along with other players close to these times.
